Orders over £90 - FREE DELIVERY*
Next Day Delivery
Orders which only contain stocked products and are placed before 3pm Monday - Thursday will be sent on an express 24 hour service. Please note this will be extended to the next business day if placing an order after 3pm on a Thursday or if the next business day is a bank holiday. Our team will do our very best to ensure your order is sent the same day but please be aware on busier shopping days this may be extended by an extra day.
We stock over 2000 products at our distribution centre and many more we buy direct from suppliers, you can check each product page on our store for the most up to date ETA for your convenience. All stocked items if ordered before 3pm will be dispatched same day on a next working day service. Items with an ETA longer than Next Day Delivery will typically be ordered directly from the supplier to fulfil your order. If your order contains a mixture of in-stock and non-stocked items your order will be despatched once all items are available to be shipped.
Please note: some larger items will need to be sent on a 48 large service, which is noted on the product page.
UK Mainland Delivery
At Heating2Go, we aim to make your delivery process as smooth as possible. Our standard delivery fee is £7.50 (including VAT). For certain larger items that require pallet shipping, additional charges may apply. These will be clearly indicated on the relevant product pages, so there are no surprises.
Delivery Timeframe
Many of our items are in stock and ready to be dispatched within 2-3 business days. For products that are temporarily out of stock, the estimated delivery times will be displayed on the specific product pages. Be sure to check these to plan accordingly.
Time-Sensitive Orders
If timing is crucial for your order, especially for non-stocked items, we recommend contacting us in advance to confirm delivery timelines. For home installations, we always advise scheduling your electrician only after all necessary items have been delivered to avoid any potential delays or inconvenience.
Collection
Prefer to collect your order? No problem! You can pick up your goods directly from our warehouse in Hastings. Simply get in touch with our team before placing your order to arrange a suitable collection time. Please note that full payment must be received prior to collection, and we will arrange a specific date and time with you in advance.
Operating Hours
Our warehouse team operates from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday. Please be aware that we are closed on Bank Holidays, which may affect delivery timelines.
Courier Information
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress. You can follow the courier updates by clicking the relevant link provided with your tracking number. If tracking information isn’t available right away, please check again after 5 PM as updates may be delayed.
Direct Supplier Shipments
Some of our items may be shipped directly from our suppliers. In these cases, tracking numbers may not always be available. If you require updates on these deliveries, feel free to contact us at 01424 231585 after receiving your shipping confirmation email.
Pallet Shipments
For larger bulk orders, pallet charges may apply, as clearly noted on the product pages. Pallet deliveries are made to the roadside only, so please ensure there is adequate access for a pallet truck and that you have arrangements for offloading. Additionally, someone will need to be available to sign for the delivery. Please inspect the items for any damage upon delivery and report any issues within 48 hours. If you miss your scheduled delivery, extra charges may apply.

If your order was delayed you may qualify for compensation, unfortunately you can only claim under the following circumstances:
Compensation Arrangements
Royal Mail may pay compensation to the sender or the addressee of a delayed item posted using products under this scheme where it has not delivered or attempted to deliver the item:
- Three or more working days after the due date except where an item is redirected, using the Royal Mail Redirection Service;
- Six or more working days after the due date for items redirected using the Royal Mail Redirection Service;
- 24 or more hours after the due date for Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm® items (not posted on account);may also be eligible for substantial delay compensation if the item has not been delivered or an attempt made to deliver:
Seven or more working days after the due date.

Please note, Parcelforce does not provide direct compensation to our customers. However, if a delivery is confirmed as lost or missing by Parcelforce, we will promptly send a replacement. We are dedicated to ensuring you receive your order as quickly as possible.

We do not ship Internationally currently, UK deliveries only.
